Return an item

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Garden Glory. Should you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Period

All customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels and tags
• We do not accept returns of used, mounted, or unwrapped items. 

How to Make a Return

Please note that we do not automatically provide return labels. All returns must be approved by us in advance.

1. Contact us first
   Email [email protected] with your order number and full name. We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
2. Choose how to return the item
   You may choose one of the following options:
   • Arrange the return yourself
     You are responsible for booking and paying for the return shipment using a carrier of your choice.
   • Request a return label from us
     We can provide you with a return label upon request.
     Please note that the full cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Repack and send the item
   Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging before shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately following the same procedure as above.
Please document the damage and include photos in your email.
