Return an item
All our customers always have 14 days to return a purchase.
We offer a 14 day return policy. Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
- Please contact us at [email protected], stating your order number and the name used when you placed the order.
- After we have confirmed your request to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Leave your item at a FedEx store, UPS store, or DHL Service Point. You will receive further details when you contact us. If you receive a damaged product, please follow the same procedure as above stated. It is important that you document any damage immediately upon delivery.
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded to your credit card within five days of us receiving your return. If you have paid by Klarna invoice, we will inform them as soon as the return is processed.
We are not obliged to provide a refund until the products have been returned to us.
Please note, if you have been charged for shipping, this will not be refunded.
We charge a return shipping fee of EUR 29 / USD 29 / AUD 39 / SEK 299 / NOK 299 for all returns once we receive the return.
- You can return your item within 14 days from delivery.
- Please note that all items need to be in the same condition as when they were when you received them.
- We do not accept returned items where the items have been used, installed, or unwrapped.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items are packed well enough and are well protected to ensure that they are not damaged in transit back to us.
