Return an item

All our customers always have 14 days to return a purchase and you are covered by our Return Policy stated below.

We offer 14 days return policy.  Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Please contact us at [email protected], include order number and name.
  2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  3. Leave your item to a UPS office, you will receive further details upon your contact. If you receive a damaged product, please follow the same procedure as above stated. Important that you document the damage directly upon delivery.

We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products. Please note, we charge for the shipping cost of the return upon the refund ($29 for all returns).
Please note, all items need to be in same condition as delivered. We don’t accept returns where items are used or mounted/unwrapped. Except if the items does not work or are damaged upon delivery.
